Weekend Workout Fueled by Carrrrrrbs!!


Weekend workout fueled by carrrrrbs! Mixed Berry, Almond, and Oat Bread. Mmmm... Carbs.

Ingredients:

๐Ÿ“1 scoop vanilla protein powder

๐Ÿž1/2 c. sugar

๐Ÿ“3/4 c. instant oats

๐Ÿž1/2 c. salted butter

๐Ÿ“2 eggs

๐Ÿž1 c. milk

๐Ÿ“1 tbsp. vanilla extract

๐Ÿž2 c. all purpose flour

๐Ÿ“2 tsp. baking powder

๐Ÿž1 c. blueberries

๐Ÿ“1 c. raspberries

๐Ÿž1/2 c. chopped almonds

Directions:

โ™จ๏ธPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan with stick of butter.

โ™จ๏ธMelt butter in microwave for approximately 1 minute. Cream sugar and butter together. Add the eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix well.

โ™จ๏ธAdd the dry ingredients. Mix until blended well.

โ™จ๏ธAdd berries, but blend in gently with a spatula, careful not to crush berries.

โ™จ๏ธPour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 60-75 minutes.

โ™จ๏ธLet loaf cool before removing from pan.
