Weekend Workout Fueled by Carrrrrrbs!!

Weekend workout fueled by carrrrrbs! Mixed Berry, Almond, and Oat Bread. Mmmm... Carbs.
Ingredients:
๐1 scoop vanilla protein powder
๐1/2 c. sugar
๐3/4 c. instant oats
๐1/2 c. salted butter
๐2 eggs
๐1 c. milk
๐1 tbsp. vanilla extract
๐2 c. all purpose flour
๐2 tsp. baking powder
๐1 c. blueberries
๐1 c. raspberries
๐1/2 c. chopped almonds
Directions:
โจ๏ธPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan with stick of butter.
โจ๏ธMelt butter in microwave for approximately 1 minute. Cream sugar and butter together. Add the eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix well.
โจ๏ธAdd the dry ingredients. Mix until blended well.
โจ๏ธAdd berries, but blend in gently with a spatula, careful not to crush berries.
โจ๏ธPour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 60-75 minutes.
โจ๏ธLet loaf cool before removing from pan.
