Weekend Workout Fueled by Carrrrrrbs!!


Weekend workout fueled by carrrrrbs! Mixed Berry, Almond, and Oat Bread. Mmmm... Carbs.

Ingredients:

πŸ“1 scoop vanilla protein powder

🍞1/2 c. sugar

πŸ“3/4 c. instant oats

🍞1/2 c. salted butter

πŸ“2 eggs

🍞1 c. milk

πŸ“1 tbsp. vanilla extract

🍞2 c. all purpose flour

πŸ“2 tsp. baking powder

🍞1 c. blueberries

πŸ“1 c. raspberries

🍞1/2 c. chopped almonds

Directions:

♨️Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan with stick of butter.

♨️Melt butter in microwave for approximately 1 minute. Cream sugar and butter together. Add the eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix well.

♨️Add the dry ingredients. Mix until blended well.

♨️Add berries, but blend in gently with a spatula, careful not to crush berries.

♨️Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 60-75 minutes.

♨️Let loaf cool before removing from pan.
