Memorial Day Weekend Protein Shake


With #MemorialDayWeekend upon us, Summer is right around the corner! Here's an easy recipe for a Peach Pie Protein Shake. Ingredients:

🍑1/2 c. Greek peach yogurt

🍑1 scoop vanilla protein powder

🍑3/4 c. fresh peaches

🍑1/2 tsp. cinnamon

🍑1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

🍑1 c. milk

🍑5-10 ice cubes

*Blend all ingredients together. Enjoy!
