Banana Nut Bread Recipe
Sunday's are for prepping for the week to come. I like to make banana nut bread to carb load before my gym sessions. One loaf lasts all week, and tastes just as good as day one. It may not be super healthy, but it sure is delicious!
Banana Nut Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
🍌1/2 c. white sugar
🍌1/2 c. brown sugar
🍌1/2 c. unsalted butter
🍌2 eggs
🍌4 bananas
🍌2 c. flour
🍌1 tsp. baking powder
🍌1/4 tsp. salt
🍌chopped walnuts (desired amount)
🍌splash of vanilla extract
🍌dash of cinnamon
🍌dash of nutmeg
Directions:
♨️Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
♨️Cream sugar and butter together.
♨️Mix in eggs and bananas.
♨️Mix in rest of ingredients.
♨️Grease loaf pan, and pour in mixture.
♨️Bake for 1 hour, or until the bread tests done. (Until fork comes out clean).
