#MealPrepMonday #Meatballs. A favorite go-to of mine, when I'm running late and starving. Perfect for on the go or as a snack.
😋1lb of organic ground turkey or beef
😋diced red onion and jalapeños
😋1/2 c. bread crumbs
😋choice of @FlavorGod seasonings
😋#FlavorGod pink Himalayan salt (if desired)
😋Black pepper (if desired)
😋1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese (if desired)
♨️Heat olive oil in a skillet over Medium heat.
♨️Mix all ingredients together and form desired size meatballs.
♨️Place meatballs in skillet. Cover with lid.
♨️Flip meatballs with tongs, to cook each side evenly. Approximately 3-4 mins each side.
♨️Remove meatballs from pan, and place on paper towel to remove excess oil.
♨️Serve with pasta, veggies, or enjoy as a snack!
